These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Social Media Money LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a limited liability company, governing your access to and use of the BudgetFine website and application located at budgetfine.com (the "Service").
By accessing or using the Service, registering an account, or clicking "I agree," you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use BudgetFine. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms. If you are using BudgetFine on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information or violate these Terms.
BudgetFine offers a free tier with limited features including up to 10 transactions per month and 3 budget categories. The free plan is provided as-is and may be modified or discontinued at any time with reasonable notice.
The BudgetFine Pro plan is available for $5.00 USD per month. Pro subscribers receive access to unlimited transactions, unlimited custom budgets, AI Budget Assistant, Savings Goals, Debt Tracker, Monthly Financial Reports, Recurring Transactions, and CSV export.
By subscribing to BudgetFine Pro, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period. You will receive an email reminder approximately 5-7 days before your renewal date.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Account Settings page. Upon cancellation, you will retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period. Your account will then revert to the Free plan. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for any portion of the current billing period.
No Refunds: All payments to BudgetFine are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds, credits, or proration for partial months of service, unused features, or any other reason. By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy. If you have a billing dispute, please contact us at support@budgetfine.com before initiating a chargeback.
We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' advance notice of any price changes via email. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing.
You agree to use BudgetFine only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
The Service and all its content, features, and functionality — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, and images — are owned by Social Media Money LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use. This license does not include the right to modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service.
Your financial data that you input into BudgetFine remains your property. You grant us a limited license to store and process that data solely to provide the Service to you.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using BudgetFine, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You use the Service at your own risk.
BudgetFine's AI Budget Assistant is powered by third-party artificial intelligence technology. AI-generated responses are for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Always consult a qualified financial professional before making significant financial decisions. We are not responsible for any decisions made based on AI-generated content.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. WE MAKE NO WARRANTY REGARDING THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR COMPLETENESS OF ANY CONTENT ON THE SERVICE.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SOCIAL MEDIA MONEY LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM:
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $10.00, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Social Media Money LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from: (a) your use of and access to the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) any claim that your use of the Service caused damage to a third party.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, including for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@budgetfine.com or by deleting your account through Account Settings. Termination of your account does not entitle you to a refund.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which Social Media Money LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's rules, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or prominent notice within the Service at least 14 days before changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
